Everything I charge is on this page. If something you need is not listed, ask, and I will tell you what it costs before you commit to anything.

The things people always ask
- More than one animal. £2 for each extra dog or cat, and £5 for each extra horse.
- Travel. No charge within 10 miles of Newton Abbot. Beyond that, we agree a figure before you book, so it is never a surprise on the invoice.
- Bank holidays and Christmas. Charged at time and a half.
- Cancellation. Twenty-four hours’ notice, unless it is an emergency, and then we will sort it out between us.
- Payment. Normally within twenty-four hours of the care, unless we have agreed something else.
- Keys. No charge to hold a key. Key collection outside a booked visit is free as well.
